Youth and environmental organizations across Canada need your help!
Many organizations struggle to build the capacity they need, as small-shop environmental organizations are often understaffed with employees taking over multiple roles, and have insufficient funding to grow their organization and deliver programs to reach their vision. Coupled with this, ambitious youths are struggling to attain valuable work experience and skills to start their career in the environmental field. It has become evident that the demand from youths and environmental organizations for our program has been increasing, vastly outweighing our capacity to support them.
